Amit Pahwa

Amit K. Pahwa, M.D is the Associate Director of the Core Clerkship in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Director of the Internal Medicine Sub-internship at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.  He also serves as the Course Director of the Topics in Interdisciplinary Medicine (TIME): High Value Health Care course for the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He co-chairs both the Department of Medicine High Value Care Committee as well as the Johns Hopkins Health System.
Dr. Pahwa is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He earned his M.D. degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
