Lis is a Registered Nurse with over 35 year’s experience in Queensland, in the clinical environment where she specialised in Intensive Care and Perioperative.  She has spent the last 25 years working in Information Technology within health care settings in Australia and the USA.

Lis joined Elsevier in April 2018 as the Clinical Informatics Manager for Australia/New Zealand, supporting the sales efforts by joining workflow sales conversations, implementing clinical decision support solutions, hosting thought leadership events (or speaking at conferences) and ensuring Elsevier aligns their messaging within the Australian clinical context.

Lis is the chair of Nursing Informatics Australia (NIA), a Special Interest Group of the Health Informatics Society Australia (HISA). 

Lis is widely respected for her depth of knowledge in informatics and passion for its use within health care at all levels, promoting positive patient outcomes whilst enhancing safe and effective health care.
